Orlando Lakefront at College Park is a growing tiny house community (THC). We are a revitalized 1950’s RV park that welcomes tiny housers to park legally and enjoy the tiny life. We offer a solution to one of the key obstacles to living tiny: “Where do I park my tiny house?” At Orlando Lakefront, you can legally park your tiny house on wheels among neighboring tiny housers, while enjoying full hook-ups to park utilities.

Yes, our community is mostly full-time residents BUT We are currently Full & have a Waiting List to move into the community. To be added to the Waiting List we require a $200 deposit & a photo of your ID (Every resident gets a background check)
